Fantastic store that always carries product people actually want. Always stocked with the best clothes, outwear, snowboard/ski brands etc. Along with great customer service and employees.

Have never had such a great experience at a bike shop. Sometimes going into a bike shop feels like going into a record store that you’re not cool enough to be at. Staff seem annoyed by your presence or your lack of knowledge. Outdoor sports center is not like that. They were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kind. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience when I recently visited Outdoor Sports! Scott went above and beyond to help me with ski boots and bindings, even staying past closing time to answer my additional questions. Collectively, the staff was friendly, helpful, patient, polite, and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to sense an air of genuineness, in which the staff members are more concerned with getting you in the right equipment or answering your questions as opposed to pushing sales. I plan to go back, and I have no issue recommending them to any other outdoor enthusiasts! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great customer service, Brad in car racks was amazing. He helped me fix an old Thule box & find/install new roof bars all in under 45 minutes. He also gave me a bunch of practicable tips for the equipment. Super knowledgeable.

Firstly - Christian is an absolute top tier professional and made the ski boot fitting experience enjoyable, easy, and answered all my questions. We spoke about my skiing experience and I told him I was open to anything just needed the right boot. If possible I was after a BOA system boot but not a dealbreaker. As he was measuring up my foot he could tell it was low volume immediately; and he knew the products so well he advised me it might be tough to get a BOA because they don’t have a great line of LV BOA boots out. I opted for custom footbeds (the right choice) and Christian sorted that out perfect. I tried two boots and one was the clear winner; the BOA K2 boot just didn’t work for me and the Nordicas were like a glove with the footbeds. Christian tried hard to make sure I had options and everything was comfortable. In the end, I have walked out with an awesome boot I am 100% confident in. It already feels like the most comfortable boot I’ve ever skied in. I was not rushed at all, and there
